Freshly Picked Green Peppers

Peppers lunch
This weekend I used my lovely home grown green peppers to make fajitas! I fried the peppers down with a white onion and when they were both softened, added marinated chicken to the pan and gently cooked it through. I used a sachet of Old El Paso Smokey BBQ mix on the chicken because it’s probably better than any marinade I could ever make and smells incredible. I added in a few cherry tomatoes before serving with warm tortilla wrap, sour cream, baby gem lettuce and cheese. YUM.
