The Christmas Gin is ready!

3 months later and at last, my damson infused Christmas gin is ready and tasting delicious. It’s fruity and sweet yet still has all the characteristics of a vibrant, suck your cheeks in, gin. Delicious!
I poured the gin through a clean muslin sheet and filtered out all of the berry sediments to reveal a sparkly, ruby red gin.
I’ve labelled the bottles with little initial bracelets for my friends Christmas presents.
